On Tuesday, October 27th, Conway Wealth Group hosted a special webinar event with Life & Wealth Network member and private behavioral health firm, O’Connor Professional Group, to discuss managing our mental well-being with practical, evidence-based tools.
With an unprecedented number of COVID-19 cases and deaths worldwide, there are many conversations and questions around what social distancing and social media has meant to our mental health and well-being. We discussed the following topics with OPG and held an open forum for audience questions:

Arden O’Connor – O’Connor Professional Group Founder & CEO

With several relatives in recovery, Arden is passionate about helping families and individuals navigate the highly fragmented treatment system in a way that creates positive outcomes and allows families to heal. Arden is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School. She remains heavily involved in community activities, as a board member of Winsor School Corporation, Collaboration for Family Flourishing, Massachusetts Association of Mental Health, and Attorneys for Family Held Enterprises. Whitney Johnson – O’Connor Professional Group Director of Marketing
Whitney is the Director of Marketing at O’Connor Professional Group. Whitney earned a BA in Psychology from Colorado College and is a Certified Health & Wellness Coach with a special focus on grief, anger, and anxiety. Before joining OPG, Whitney was Founder & CEO of an international nonprofit that provided health and psycho-social support services to young people living with HIV. Whitney’s work received recognition, and she was named a World Economic Forum Global Shaper in 2012, attended the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos in 2014, was a guest speaker at Chicago Ideas Week, and has been interviewed on several news outlets. She leverages ten years of experience in programmatic operations and business development. Whitney also has extensive personal and professional experience in the Family Office space and is a member of the Institute for Family Governance (IFG) and Family Firm Institute (FFI). Her unique professional experiences broaden her ability to understand and effectively address a wide variety of life circumstances and challenges that clients may be facing.
